"Started falling apart sooner than expected"
I was disappointed with this. The metal feels quite thin, and the welds don’t seem very well done. After just a few times using it, I already noticed rust starting to show up. For something that’s supposed to hold up to regular cooking, it really didn’t inspire much confidence. Definitely not what I was hoping for.

"Warranty support has been dragging on"
I reached out a few weeks ago to get warranty help for my smoker, and it’s been really frustrating. At first I figured it would be a quick back-and-forth, but every time I followed up I felt like I was just getting pushed off or told to wait. Now it’s been weeks and I still don’t have a clear answer or any real help.

"Putting it together was such a pain"
This took me way longer to set up than I expected. Some of the holes didn’t line up right and the instructions were confusing. By the time I got it together I was already frustrated and not happy with the setup at all.

"I was expecting the order to get..."
I was expecting the order to get here sooner, so it was a little frustrating when it showed up late. That said, the box was in good shape and everything I ordered was inside, so it ended up being fine overall.

Overall, it works well and does what I need it to. It’s simple enough to use, but the cleaning and upkeep can take a bit more time than I expected. Not a huge deal, just something to keep in mind.

"Works fine, but I expected a little more"
It arrived as ordered and, to be fair, it does the job fine. I just have to say, for what it costs, I was expecting the finish to feel a bit nicer. Some parts seem sturdy enough, but others feel basic, which is a little disappointing. It’s not a bad smoker by any means, but I wouldn’t exactly call it great value for the money.

"I had a hard time..."
I had a hard time keeping the temperature steady... it kept jumping up and down, and my food ended up cooking unevenly!! Super frustrating when you're trying to get everything just right!!!
